Cannot get OnScanProgressReportEx to fire

I just retrieved the oms_all_samples. In \oms_php_sample, scan.php is dated 11/17/2008, and is the same as the previous one. The file does not contain any reference to ScanProgressReportEx.

Did I misunderstand your instruction?

Now, the sample upload - it was my fault. I've just re-uploaded it.

The file appears to be corrupt, with no directory at the bottom. I've downloaded it several times, always getting this error when I try to extract.
